Once a Tiger entered the washroom in a Corporate Office and hid in a dark corner.
Many people frequented the washroom, after four days it couldn’t bear hunger anymore, so it caught a man who had come in, and ate him.
This man happened to be an Assistant General Manager in the organization, but nobody noticed his disappearance.
Since nothing untoward happened, the Tiger became bolder and after two days caught another man and ate him.
This man was the General Manager of the organization.
Still, nobody worried over his disappearance.
Next day, the Tiger caught the Vice President who was a terror in the organization. Again nothing happened.
Then Tiger caught a man who had entered the washroom while balancing a tray of teacups in one hand.
Within 15 minutes a huge hue and cry ensued, and everyone in the office started looking for the man. The search team reached the washroom, flushed out the Tiger and saved the unconscious man. He was the tea boy in the office.
Lesson:
It is not the position, but our usefulness to others that makes us lovable and respectable. If your subordinates are happy in your absence that means you are not a perfect leader.

Kalenjin leaders are not divided the way it's now trending nationwide.
People's ideologies are dissimilar. Some are:
1. Conservative - maintaining how things are. No change.
2. Capitalist - individual accumulation of wealth.
3. Marxism - the poor should fight for their position in the society by withdrawing those in power.
4. Socialism - resources should be shared equally.
5. Mercantilism - Government should not interfere with business and agriculture.
6. Revolutionist - everything is at mess and change should be there.
7. Democratic - people should be free to express what they want.
8. Dictatorship - any opinion that is opposite to mine is wrong and invalid.
9. Communist - government should own wealth and provide us with everything.
10. Realism - people should do what is expected from them so that order is maintained.

Betting has been sabotaged under biblical allusions.
Betting has become a game of majority in Kenya today, Lets hear what God is telling us about the same......
1. Betting can be a form of idolatry. Isaiah 65:11. Here, people who do gambling are seen to have forfeited true God and turn their hearts to an idol that the Israelites called tho god of fate/ fortune/lack.
2. Betting is deeply rooted in the spirit of lust and covetousness. Exd 20:17 says it is sin to covert, or uncontrollably crave for what is not legally yours.
3. It is a practical demonstration of love for money. Money is good, but it must be acquired through just means. love for money is root cause of all evil Ecl 5;10,Heb13:5, luke 12;15, 1Tim
6;10
4. It is a sign of discontentment & impatient that is moved by desire to get rich quickly. scripture says such money never satisfy, they easily develop wings and fly away. Ecl 5:10, Prov 13:11Prov 23:5.
5. Betting is against God's rule of faith. The bible says, the just shall live by faith not by fate. God does not bless though fate, but faith. fate may or may not, but faith is sure coz all the promises of the Lord are yes and amen in Christ Jesus.
6. It is lack of trust in God who is able to supply all our needs according to his riches and glory in Christ Jesus Phil 4;19.
7. It distorts personal and family discipline on resource management. No one has a monthly allocation for betting in budget, yet they do it. this imply what was meant for baby's milk, family bread & children school fees goes to this profitless act..
8. It contradicts Biblical principal of hard work and builds laziness. If you work hard with your hand, and faithfully serve God with your substance, you will surely be blessed.
